Stay away at all costs. They are bunch of scammer selling you packages different then they advertising. We have to cancel our holidays and leave the hotel because enormous amount of noise there is in this animal place... That was advertised as family friendly...
Contacted with this disgusting agency and all they said that they can't do nothing about it because we paid already. Such a joke. Need to sue them!!
