Booked though Love Holidays
Arrived late at night after delay to find accommodation was overbooked
Told no option but to accept alternative hotel which we discovered was in the middle of nowhere
Spent a fortune on taxis
Holiday to celebrate 65th birthday ruined
Complained to Love holidays and it took them 6 weeks to refund a paltry 20% when I’d been asking for 5O% ….IMPOSSIBLE TO SPEAK TO A HUMAN BEING, very slow ridiculous responses from them - they were clearly hoping I’d just give up!
