Total rubbish company you book a package holiday with them and agree there terms and conditions then have a problem which they are liable to sort out under there T&C and they then break them by breaking the law that they are bound by the worst company I have ever had to deal with wouldn't even think about using them again they are pathetic I hope the regulator fines them millions they have been informed.
