Booking a holiday should be a joyful experience. I have a holiday booked with Loveholidays, which I picked via their website. Fairly straight forward, until you want to change something. After countless requests via the app and several premium rate phone calls, I am no further forward in amending my booking. I want to add another passenger and revise the choice of hotel to suit our requirements, but Loveholidays don't want to know. Telling me the hotel we want and room type is not available unless I make a new booking, which would lose me £1700 plus the £75 cancellation charge.
This has been and continues to be the worst experience I have ever encountered dealing with a commercial business.
Please if your reading this use a separate holiday provider.
