Absolutely shocking. I added another passenger to my booking 2 weeks ago and they STILL haven't confirmed it. The chat feature isn't fit for purpose, they reply once a day with a copy and paste generic answer. I spoke to somebody on the phone who told me they are having issues with Ryanair's booking system and he has escalated my complaint. Still getting the same answers. I have threatened them with the Press and ABTA. Still no further on.
Avoid this company like the plague, they are awful !!!
