Shocking customer experience.
Four of us paid for a hotel with half board, we added another passenger at a later date and they downgraded us all to hotel only without any warning or refund. Just sent us a new confirmation with room only on it!!!
32 emails and 2 phone calls later and no help or refund whatsoever!!
