No ABTA protection, so when you get undercooked hotel food, broken beds and dangerous shuttle buses, you are on your own and they never help. Ignore the ATOL & CAA promise, this is just legal requirements if airline goes bust. Lady from Citizens advice told us they have lots of complaints and can do nothing as they 'dropped out of ABTA during Covid to avoid their responsibilities to customers then, and have been defrauding customers ever since'
