Love Holidays is without doubt the worst company I have ever used. I wish i had checked these messages beforehand. I have been given different information from a number of so called 'customer service advisors' who i struggle to understand and i am sure that works both ways.
The customer service advisors are abrupt and could not care any less about the issue I had changing a booking by 1 day only having made a genuine error booking a few weeks back. The cost to change a booking by one day only is double what i paid for the original package booking and the help you receive is shocking. Basically I have reveived different information on a number of occasions and the latest response is 'you must pay' this additional cost as that's what the supplier has said even though it absolutely was not what i was told by the supplier i.e., flight company. They take your money and that is it. They do not care about customers and are so unhelpful.
