Awful compant to deal with when you have a problem that needs urgently rectifying,no urgency, no response,long waits on the phoneline,msnagers who wont speak to you,akwsys to busy or in a meeting and never call you when they say they will.
No one at the call centre can solve problems without it bern escalated to i think mars as it never comes back
