Needed to cancel holiday due to an accident and my Consultant told me not to travel. I was travelling with six other people. I have been trying since the 7th May for the holiday to be cancelled. When eventually on the 6th June I found out they had cancelled my hotel, they cancelled two other people in the party as well by mistake they said.
They still have not cancelled the flights.
When I wrote an e-mail to CEO with my complaint, I was fobbed off with, we can't speak with you because you didn't book the holiday!!!!
Up to date I have not received either a date of the actual cancellation in writing and flights also not cancelled.
Absolute awful company to deal with and the staff are completely useless, not adhering to time lines promised, or any sense of urgency, refuse to put you through to managers etc However if the CEO fobbs you off he is just setting the tone for his staff.
Would never have anything to do with this company again.
