I wouldn't even award 1 star but you can't write a review without selecting at least one.
Really sneaky, only found out at the end we had no luggage included in the holiday price for a family holiday - week away. Then stung by astronomical baggage costs by Airline. Wasn't clear. The customer service agents are awful, untrained and not helpful
