Booked two weeks in Crete, but LH 'supplier' never booked the hotel (the hotel manager confirmed this to me in writing). I have spoken to four different people in customer service, but seven days later i have not been offered alternative accommodation or a refund. They constantly give me excuses and use buzzwords to buy more time, instead of resolving the issue. I will arrive at 11pm and at present i have nowhere to stay and just get empty promises on their FB chatline. Try 'reaching out and solving problems!'
