Literally the worst company I have ever dealt with. My mother fell ill so with 2 weeks to go I thought it was best to cancel my family holiday to Paris. This was dealt with pretty well. I was patiently waiting for my refund when my mother passed away. I thought I had better chase up the refund. To be told I wasn’t getting a refund as they had cancelled the cancellation. It is apparently their policy to send you an email to confirm the cancellation from a different email address, which of course went into spam. This procedure cost me £1200 and I never even left the house.
