Received a quote for week in Turkey family of 3. After paying in full, I was then transferred to an easy jet rep who wanted a further £450 for administration fees for booking flight. This was not explained or mentioned. As far as I was convmcerned I had paid for the holiday. Asked to cancel and receive a refund and was refused.
Total con of a company. Avoid!
