Utter utter garbage. They clearly don't wanna refund people after cancellations. I'll never use them again and I'll advise others to do the same. They blame Ryanair, Ryanair blame them. I just want a refund and as ridiculous as it is, I can’t amend my new flight details until we get the refund???
It says the 30th April but is still ongoing.....
Oh and then I call the number they have given me and that doesn’t work.
