First and last time ever using love holidays
Booked 10 nights in Thailand for a family of 5 all great.
Arrived at no hotel no booking rang love holidays at considerable expense took nearly 24 hours for them to sort it out with one email in that time.
I had to pay for two hotel rooms and waste our first day trying to get it sorted.
Unbelievably I had to fight tooth and nail to get my refund for the rooms I booked no compensation no apology just the exact amount of the rooms.
Disappointed disgusting behaviour will never use again
