AVOID LOVE HOLIDAYS!!
They sold me, my elderly mother and young son an all inclusive package to Turkey. The hotel was a complete death trap and my mum got food poisoning. I eventually got a 50% accommodation refund, but I never actually agreed to this settlement.
They have since openly lied to me and I am trying to get money via a Section 75 claim.
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!
