Additional, hidden costs after paying for the holiday. It stated transfer and luggage were included in the price but they were not.
The hotel looked great on the website but we were hugely disappointed the moment we arrived- outdated, dirty and overall pretty depressing.
I would not recommend and will never be booking via loveholidays again…ever.
