The worst company ever.
We booked holiday in June. On Saturday the 19th when we arrived in the hotel we were told hotel is overbooked and they send us to alternative hotel 4.5km away from the one we booked and is nothing as the one we bookend. They told us booking window was closed in February however Loveholdays didn’t and let customer overbooked. After complaining so many time via chat and emails all the reply they gave us is speak with the hotel and ask them to sort the issue.
The most unreliable agency and I will never ever book with them.
