I booked a family holiday to new york in may 2024 to go week before christmas and in october I started to ask if I could book my flight seats however after been given the run around over 5 days and ringing the flight company, found out there was no flight tickets and within 2 further days I was told that the holiday was cancelled and did I want a refund?
What a let down fo me and my family.
I will not ever use this company again. Please don't do it !!!!!!
I am waiting for a full refund, don't have it yet !
