Absolutely appalling customer service, after my flights were cancelled and they couldn’t provide a suitable alternative they charged me to cancel my holiday.
They ignored my emails for days on end and closed the live chat whilst I was speaking to them.
I have been a loyal customer for years but I will never return to them again.
