Our 21 year old autistic son booked a package deal & within 10 minutes had to cancelled due to date changes. They wanted a £545.00 cancellation fee from the £1,000 package booking which has no 14 day cooling off period!
Loveholiday.com would not help, even after he said he’d re instate same package as would rather still go than loose £545.00. But they didn’t care.
Luckily my son had set up a payment plan that his bank has been able to cancel.
Don’t use this company.
