I cancelled a flight with jet2 by mistake, i know my fault, a couple of minutes later i phoned jet2 to tell them i made a mistake, they refused to refund me, they daid you need to get in touch with love holidays you booked the package holiday with them no help at all from loveholidays, they refused to refund the flight cost, saying it was my mistake i know it was my mistake, they told me to get in touch with jet2, im just going round in circles anyway we did not want to lose the holiday, so i paid over £600 to rebook the same flights i would never ever book with loveholidays again
