I am extremely frustrated, i went to make a booking yesterday and when i clicked select holiday. It said the hotel wasn't available and took me back to the search. Then i booked the next hotel.
I didn't realise it missed my 2 children from the booking: Age 1 & Age 7. I have called up several times this morning trying to add them to the hotel, and transfer. I have managed to adjust the flights directly with the airline. But when i contact the hotel to change the room to a family room and change the transfer they said you need to get your agency Loveholidays. When i call Loveholidays they said i need to contact the Transfer and Hotel directly. I am going round and round in circles.
