Worst customer service ever
Price match guarantee...what price match! It's just a marketing ploy with a mountain of clauses not to honour a price match...that's when they can be bothered to have a look at your claim. Call them, chase them....your case is likely to be at the bottom of the pile and unlikely to be picked up and responded to for weeks...Ask to speak to the manager, yeah right...It's easier to get hold of the pope.
