An absolute shambles of a company who are quite happy to take your money but not acknowledge issues and problems.
Apparently it's acceptable to have dirty rooms, rude staff, ant infestations, quite frankly dangerous electrics, move you from the hotel you booked and paid for to another.
Quite frankly avoid this company at all costs!!!
