Totally TO NOT USE COMPANY , I have booked a holiday with them, got in my resort, surprise, a room totally different then what they advertise. I complained on the spot, lovehollidays in resort complain team told me to wait until my return. Due to the bad conditions of the room, after 2 days I moved on my own money to another hotel. Complained on my return with pictures from the resort and they respond that is the same room from the advertise despite clear it wasn't. I have never received answers back to my complaint and over the phone Cheryl Wilson told me they are not responsible to ATOL as they use a 3rd party to book hotels , with other words...I can't do anything legal against them. She didn't respect any return calls , always made me feel like a idiot , so they deserve clearly the reviews received everywhere, I am sorry I didn't pay attention to the reviews before booking with them.
