We are currently half way through our weeks holiday with Love Holidays. Its such a shame - beautiful hotel (Elba Palace golf resort 5* Deluxe Double room absolutely lovely) all quite a bit cheaper then the equivalant Thomas Cook - but the airport transfer - they booked us with 'Holiday taxis' on the express transfer - which according to LVs paperwork is no more then 4drop offs and a max of 45mins - bearing in mind its only 8k from the airport I think over 2hrs and the last of 15 drop offs is a bit much - Express we could have walked as quick - Express taxis said we got exactly what LH had booked with them on our behalf - telephone calls, messages left on answerphones, text messages, on line chat with LH - no joy - such a shame - come on LV surprise us, come good, even just answer us.
