They only get 1 Star because I can't leave zero!
Appalling experience with this provider, who "hide" behind the various intermediaries that they deal with to DODGE issues when they arise. I've used them once, and that will be all, for sure!
Raised the problem with them while I was at the Hotel in question, and since then ALL they have done is to attempt to defend their position and fail to see that THEIR systems are full of flaws and fail to resolve anything at all. Lame excuses, poor systems - oh yes..... That'll be LOVEHOLIDAYS.COM
