Absolutely appalling customer service.
We booked a hotel through them, due to Thomas Cook we were unable to travel to Cancun. We have tried for weeks to get in touch with them for the cancellation. The date of the stay has passed and still unable to get in touch as only a phone number left on the website.
Got through today and the customer service is absolutely appalling. The man threatened to hang up on me several times and also refused to let me speak to anyone else. This was after being on hold for 28minutes.
I would not recommend this company.
