DO NOT USE!!!! DO NOT BELIEVE IN ANY PROMISE !!!! If zero stars is available I would give zero or less!!!! do not use this company for any hotel bookings! this is absolute scam I have booked my hotel in Buenos Aires with the price shown on their website and they came back to me that they cannot confirm my booking informing that Csutomer Service will contact me to advise next steps. They have without any prior contact cancelled my booking and refund me not offering any alternative solution. Customer service does not give any s*** about you despite any attepmts of contactin them they have been just ignoring all correspondence!!!
