Bare in mind the error was I had booked room only and wanted to change it to bed and breakfast and pay the additional money. This wasn’t allowed - I was told cos I had booked a no refundable room this meant nothing could be done. Nothing at all!! I am very disappointed as I raised this with them less then 24 hours after realising. Not only that but I have also booked another hotel with them mins before and my brother has booked the two same hotels with them. They have had the money in full upfront and won’t change this tiny little detail. Very disappointment will not be using this company again. Advise everyone to read the terms and conditions before any booking because as on your email says you can do this but actually you can’t.
