Tel customer service to find out booking gone through for hotel and transfer and flight pending for 72 hours no confirmation on price until 72 hours because flight outsourced so first priced I booked the holiday wasn't guaranteed they changed the price to what they want Upto 72 hours
Decided to cancel within hour of booking held for 56mins for cancellation dept
