I called the office to ask about my holiday the customer service rep said holiday cancelled please allow me to put you to the relevant department, after spending two and a half hours on the phone with relevant department who confirmed again they had cancelled, was then told that they did not know if I would get a refund or a voucher for later in the year and was told that I would have to contact the air line myself what is the point of using a ATOL travel company would have better taking my chance with the other sharks out there
