I was due to go to Spain last Sunday when government recommended against travelling. Tried to contact Love Holidays for 3 days. Live chat wasn’t working and phone was going dead. Eventually got through after 1hour and 20 minutes on hold. I was told they would TRY to get my hotel and transfer money back and I would have to contact Ryanair myself about flight. WHY SINCE LOVE HOLIDAYS BOOKED IT ALL. Needless to say I can’t get in touch with Ryanair. I will never book with Love Holidays or Ryanair again
