Tried to get a refund for my holiday that was cancelled due to coronavirus.
i was fobbed off every time i contacted them.
They REFUSED (i have screen shots to prove this)to issue a refund saying that it is not possible and they will be reorganising my holiday . Problem with that as i told them 5 times on the last web chat was that it was my honeymoon i cant rearrange my wedding so i cannot rearrange my holiday.
Reported to trading standard and ABTA as they are not following there own terms and conditions on there own website. Paragraph 10 and paragraph 14.
