Absolutely horrendous service we had our holiday cancelled due to covid19 they offered me vouchers and told me to contact airlines who again offered vouchers I refuse these vouchers and want my money back . I tried online chat but every time I go onto it they end the chat as soon as I mention my money . I've had no response what so ever .and I certainly wont be using them in the future either. My advice is stay away from the company . No emails no calls no nothing from them .I just want my hard earned money back
