Just had holiday cut short by current crisis. Lockdown on 3rd day of "holiday". Hotel CLOSED on 8th day of 14Day trip and I had to book into and pay for alternative hotel. No contact from LH at all. TUi were great in the crisis and got us back home. Have used LH many times. NEVER AGAIN. Trying to find out how to get some of my money back. Use a proper company- shame about Thomas
Cook, at least they held up their end when they went bust in resort. Yes I was in Turkey when that happened!!
