Amazingly love holiday it turns out cancelled my hotel stay approximately 2 weeks ago and the hotel have confirmed in writing that they have received no payment for our stay. Therefore, where the hell is our money! I would understand a loss if the hotel we to be reimbursed in some way but this company are thieving low life’s who are out to get what they can. We are currently now looking into our section 75 rights as we booked with a credit card. Never ever again use this company. Their lack of integrity and the poor treatment of their customers is a clear sign of the lack of respect they have for the customers who have used them time and time
