Atrocious!
Requested to change the date of our holiday, loveholidays advised us to change flights with airline which we did, then refused to change hotel & transfers. We now have flights & hotel/transfer a year apart. Loveholidays are closing every ‘message’ request to them via ‘manage my booking’ without even responding.
