I was affected by Covid19 and couldn’t go on my planned trip to Prague in March 2020.
I received my refund for my hotel but still haven’t received my refund for the flights.
EasyJet confirmed they sent the payment to Loveholidays on 24.03.20 yet they still haven’t sent it over to me. I’ve spent days trying to contact them on their live chat as phone lines closed. Got through once and was told they hadn’t received it and ended the chat. So disappointed with the service.
