absolutely crazy that In a time where the whole world is basically shutdown and struggling for money that when you can’t go on holiday this company charge you a £75 fee plus £15 transaction fee , so basically at no fault of my own I just lost £90. Have tried calling to speak to someone for past 10 days and had no answer when holding for 45mins.
