loveholidays bad customer service terrible service and don't want to help you people won't forget how we have been treated I have used your company for years now now two holidays a year never again you let us down in a crisis gave us a voucher and said if you don't use it in 12 months then we can ask for a refund terrible company my brother booked with jet 2 he was meant to go Away in May they gave him a full refund no problem so please people book with a right company I am I have learnt from this
