Luckily I was able to go away before the coronavirus! However...
I rang them 3 days into my holiday to complain after speaking with reception
At the accommodation, I had several issues with the hotel that I passed on! Today I received an email after emailing them again 47 days after my original call to ask what was happening, to receive an email back saying my case was closed as I didn’t speak to reception at the hotel! I was there every morning for the first 3 days then I called love holidays. So they have now closed the case with no offer of any refund. Nothing.
This was and is the worst holiday I have ever experienced
They are the worst company I have ever dealt with, avoid avoid avoid.
