Cancelling holidays AFTER final payment is due purposely so customers breach contract and lose the whole money. Isolation is until 7th May and my holiday is 4th May therefore this should have clearly been cancelled however the last update they gave people was on 15th. Through isolation and work I have not paid the final payment as I need money for food during pandemic but love holidays now state Iv breached contract as didn’t make final payment on 20th even though I can’t leave the house until 7th so my 4th holiday is clearly cancelled!!!! Awful company
