I have used Loveholidays a number of times in the past. Clearly, any company that refuses to uphold basic consumer rights no longer wishes for any future custom. You hand over many months of salary from hard work, trusting that a company will uphold its side of the bargain. We know these are exceptional times, we know that the industry has suffered the worst crisis it has ever faced. But holding on to customers' money is a surefire way to make sure no-one ever books with them again. Avoid - pick a company like Jet2 who have upheld customer refunds and probably deserve our business.
