I appear to be like many others on this site, I read their FAQ's about refund and duely waited expecting I would be contacted.... Nothing!
My hol date arrived... Nothing!.. Contacted them twice via on line chat, same story both times they must have script to work from, so emailed, guess what... Nothing!
I should now have returned from hol, yes you've guessed it... Nothing!.... Don't they realise holding onto people's money they will loose many customers, let alone acting illegally.
