I like many others could not get any response from Love Holidays for a refund for a cancelled package holiday at Easter. The company even took my second payment despite advising the holiday had been cancelled. I complained to Resolver last week and the following day received an email from Love Holidays providing a contact number regarding my refund, coincidence? I received confirmation that they would refund my hotel and transfer during my conversation and this is due back on my card any day. They would not refund my flights with EasyJet until I lodged a request direct with them. Love Holidays say they will refund my flights when they receive contact from EasyJet. Crazy situation for a so called 'package' holiday.
