Booked package holiday
Flights cancelled by airline. Love holidays refused to cancel hotel and transfers.
Second day accepted to cancel whole holiday. Refused refund
Legislation states they have to give 24 day refund. They don't reply to emails about this or directly answer on live chat.
They quote government guidance and abta. However neither of these mean a jot compared to legislation.
