I was due to fly in May my flight was cancelled by Jet2.com they have refunded me in full, the apartment was booked through LH, I received a credit refund note but I said on live chat that I could not rebook another holiday I sent a recorded letter but this was REFUSED so it is being sent back to me
I have paid for a service which you have not given me
Not happy as I need the cash urgently
